Interior Designer 9.0 is comparable with other interior design software packages on the market but one of the areas that it really shines in is the object library. The large selection and high quality of elements included with the program sets this product apart from the pack. The rendering quality is excellent and quick. The selection of Architectural Blocks which are preconfigured rooms and groups of furnishings are very helpful resources, we just wish there was a way to edit the groups to add or delete elements. We found a way to edit individual elements but were unable to apply the method to the preconfigured blocks.
The Project Cost Estimator portion of the software is also a valuable feature. With this, you’ll be able to control costs and save yourself that sick-to-your-stomach feeling when a project goes over budget.
